Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Freya Cost Pressure Index ("FCPI") operated by TetriXX Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202135956H), Singapore. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record.

We want you to be satisfied with the FCPI. If the Service does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.

3. Free Trial

If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and no payment will be taken. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

No risk during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged. There is nothing to refund.

4. 14-Day Refund Window

After your first paid subscription charge (whether following a free trial or a direct purchase), you have 14 calendar days to request a full refund. This applies to:

  • Your very first subscription payment to FCPI Pro or FCPI Pro+.
  • No reason is required. Simply contact us within the 14-day window.

Upon refund, your access to paid features will be revoked immediately and your account will revert to FCPI Free.

5. After the 14-Day Window

After the initial 14-day refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain full access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be incurred.
  • No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for the remainder of the billing period.

6. Service Outage or Defect

If the FCPI experiences a material outage or defect that prevents you from accessing core features for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for:

  • A pro-rata credit applied to your next billing cycle, or
  • A partial refund for the affected period.

Eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Scheduled maintenance communicated in advance does not qualify.

7. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, or if an error occurs in the payment process, contact us immediately. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full.

8. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrade (e.g., Pro to Pro+): The price difference is charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period. Upgrades are non-refundable once applied.
  • Downgrade (e.g., Pro+ to Pro): Takes effect at the start of the next billing period. You retain full access to the higher tier until then. No refund is issued for the current period.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us by email:

Include: Your registered email address and the reason for your request (optional but helpful).

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

10. Currency and Fees

All FCPI prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclusive of taxes. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency and cover the subscription fee only. Taxes collected by Paddle are refunded in accordance with Paddle's policies. TetriXX does not cover any bank fees, currency conversion losses, or intermediary charges that your bank or payment provider may apply during the refund process.

11. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we detect evidence of abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles.
  • Bulk downloading or scraping of FCPI data before requesting a refund.
  • Account sharing or redistribution of FCPI content during the refund-eligible period.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated via email at least 7 days in advance.

13. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. For disputes, see the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
